ARM: OMAP2+: fix typo "CONFIG_BRIDGE_DVFS"

Commit a0f22f8269c55e464f8916e01cae2156eb9ae4b7 ("omap: add dsp platform
device") used CONFIG_BRIDGE_DVFS were it obviously meant
CONFIG_TIDSPBRIDGE_DVFS. Fix that.
