Revert "drm/amdgpu: use dirty framebuffer helper"

This reverts commit d630b7e7e145600530866e1c3e864a73afc920c5 which is
commit 1ca6b98f4bd8412ca50b92811421f2c22e61e813 upstream.

It is reported to cause problems on 5.4.y so it should be reverted for
now.
