configs: ls1088a: enable sata configs for all ls1088a defconfigs

Add CONFIG_AHCI CONFIG_SATA_CEVA CONFIG_DM_SCSI for some ls1088ardb
and ls1088aqds defconfigs that missing one of them or more.
Support sata for all ls1088a defconfigs
