drm/amdkfd: Fix GWS queue count

[ Upstream commit bdfef5856976a7f728dbe579ff319d75af2d1b5f ]

dqm->gws_queue_count and pdd->qpd.mapped_gws_queue need to be updated
each time the queue gets evicted.
