lib/test_bitmap: switch test_bitmap_parselist to ktime_get()

lib/test_bitmap: switch test_bitmap_parselist to ktime_get()

test_bitmap_parselist currently uses get_cycles which is not implemented
on some platforms, so use ktime_get() instead.
