sunxi: Use mkimage for SPL boot image generation

sunxi: Use mkimage for SPL boot image generation

Switch the SPL boot image generation from using mksunxiboot to the new
sunxi_egon format of mkimage.

Verified to create identical results for all 152 Allwinner boards.
