staging: unisys: remove unused macros

The macros CONFIG_SPAR_GUEST, GUESTDRIVERBUILD, and NOAUTOVERSION are
defined in Makefiles for the Unisys SPAR driver. They are never used.
Remove the lines that define these macros.
