gitignore: ignore GNU GLOBAL tag files

GNU GLOBAL (https://www.gnu.org/software/global/) is source code
tagging system.  It creates 4 tag files (GTAGS, GRTAGS, GSYMS and
GPATH) for the symbol cross-reference.  Ignore them.
