scripts/spelling.txt: add "configuartion" pattern and fix typo instances

Fix typos and add the following to the scripts/spelling.txt:

  configuartion||configuration

While we are here, fix the "ouput" as well in the touched hunk in
drivers/media/dvb-frontends/drx39xyj/drx_driver.h.
