tools headers UAPI: Sync drm/i915_drm.h with the kernel sources

To pick up the changes in:

  06f5d34a7e1e88b3 ("drm/i915: Update i915 uapi documentation")
  7eb37e481ef756a0 ("drm/i915/uapi: add NEEDS_CPU_ACCESS hint")
  b69b865aa2d80ac4 ("drm/i915/uapi: expose the avail tracking")
  e2c11622955fc684 ("drm/i915/uapi: add probed_cpu_visible_size")
  a6798798858c4e57 ("uapi/drm/i915: Document memory residency and Flat-CCS capability of obj")

That don't add any new ioctl, so no changes in tooling.

This silences this perf build warning:
