bnx2x: Add missing braces in bnx2x:bnx2x_link_initialize

The indentation here implies that the intent was for this to be a multiline if.
Introduced a few years ago in commit c21743015a28382d229a0ce0e13e0b479a62cd11 ("bnx2x: Modify XGXS functions")
