tile: defconfig: Cleanup from old Kconfig options

Remove old, dead Kconfig options (in order appearing in this commit):
 - CRYPTO_ZLIB: commit e1e808cef19c ("crypto: compress - remove unused
   pcomp interface");
 - IP_NF_TARGET_ULOG: commit 8be933051615 ("netfilter: kill remnants of
   ulog targets");
