This reverts commit 7782f61df276c9c111500dcf454f1755d53f118a.

Ben' commit "microblaze/pci: Move the remains of pci_32.c to pci-common.c"
(sha1: 8c8f6e2dba5d09d5901d53aae533fe92c01c117f)
completely removed pci_32.c that's why my fixing commit caused
the problem with merging and need to be revert.
