xfs: code cleanup in xfs_attr_leaf_entsize_{remote,local}

Cleanup the typedef usage, the unnecessary parentheses, the unnecessary
backslash and use the open-coded round_up call in
xfs_attr_leaf_entsize_{remote,local}.
