net/mlx5e: remove meaningless CFLAGS_tracepoint.o

CFLAGS_tracepoint.o specifies CFLAGS for compiling tracepoint.c but
it does not exist under drivers/net/ethernet/mellanox/mlx5/core/.

CFLAGS_tracepoint.o is unused.
