Revert "crypto: hash - Add real ahash walk interface"
This reverts commit b1fbb4e7b7038e17049a1a3eb07eff5b3fbdf4b0.

The callers of the functions in this commit were removed in 9cdc7b4d0e99

Remove these unused calls.
