dts: xea: Delete not used in u-boot DTS nodes

After the re-sync with Linux Kernel's DTS
(SHA1: 46e436b44e3fb7dd2ed6fc521ee86fceb606d326), the XEA's
descripion has nodes and properties, which are NOT utilized
in the u-boot.

To avoid confusion - those are deleted.
