dm cache: Fix UAF in destroy()

commit c02c7bd825d9bccd5a6650a36662e7e99f115b57 upstream.

Dm_cache also has the same UAF problem when dm_resume()
and dm_destroy() are concurrent.

Therefore, cancelling timer again in destroy().
