crypto: hash - Remove unused async iterators

Revert "crypto: hash - Add real ahash walk interface"
This reverts commit 3920591f48c5f14bf4d90ffe154ce1b89e017c77.

The callers of the functions in this commit were removed in c705e5dc1e51

Remove these unused calls.
