MIPS: DEC: Bus error handler <asm/cpu-type.h> fixes

Commit 9d674a9a5df59cf0c6af3dde76783fd4c2524a67 [MIPS: Optimize
current_cpu_type() for better code.] missed an update for two DECstation
bus error support files that now do not build, this is a fix.
