Revert "ax25: Fix std timer socket destroy handling."

This reverts commit 7293441a33e6fca6c27c16f7050c538f9afe5d38.

It causes all kinds of problems, based upon a report by
Bernard (f6bvp) and analysis by Jarek Poplawski.
