ASoC: pxa: remove duplicated bit-wise or of SNDRV_PCM_FMTBIT_S24_LE

Bit pattern SNDRV_PCM_FMTBIT_S24_LE is being bit-wise or'd twice; remove
the redundant 2nd SNDRV_PCM_FMTBIT_S24_LE
