 - Make vfio-pci IGD extensions optional via Kconfig (Alex Williamson)

   Hoffmann)

 - Fix usage of get_user_pages_longterm() (Jason Gunthorpe)

 - Fix sample mbochs driver vm_operations_struct.fault return type
