pwm: tipwmss: Enable on TI DRA7x and AM437x

TIPWMSS is present on TI's DRA7x and AM437x SoCs. Enable its usage.

Instead of adding each SoC individually, use the more generic symbol
ARCH_OMAP2PLUS instead.
