Revert "tracing: Add unstable sched clock note to the warning"

This reverts commit 64e147478a7857043cc0bd3ac7a77f5170d7b286.

Breaks the build of several !CONFIG_HAVE_UNSTABLE_SCHED_CLOCK
architectures.
