swiotlb-xen: drop DEFAULT_NSLABS

It was introduced by c0fee04e81e8 ("xen-swiotlb: remove xen_set_nslabs")
and then not removed by de64a952766b ("swiotlb: dynamically allocate
io_tlb_default_mem").
