Revert "dt-bindings: i2c: riic: Rename bindings documentation file"

This reverts commit 27972c9171a60d98e67981acf72149a6c1e4d1c4.
I overlooked that the Rev-by tag was given in advance assuming a fix was
made for the next revision.
