V4L/DVB (10199): uvcvideo: Fix GET_DEF failure detection.

Commit 121884056c5a0d0f27725342042a1fe3c86b65ba erroneously considers all
GET_DEF requests as unsuccessful. Fix this by checking the request return
value.
