ARM: da850evm: Remove dead code

Now that SPL supports DM_SERIAL and the direct NOR boot supports
DM_SERIAL, the check to see if DM_SERIAL is defined can go away,
because all da850evm variants now support DM_SERIAL.  This patch
simply removes some dead precompiler defines.
