ALSA: pcm - Fix a typo in hw_ptr update check

Fix a typo in the commit 34e428047bc3a2345b803dbe0379378ebcbb9cf4
  ALSA: PCM midlevel: Do not update hw_ptr_jiffies when hw_ptr is not changed
which causes obvious problems with PA.
