HID: usbhid: Add NOGET quirk for the AIREN Slim+ keyboard

This patch (as1531) adds a NOGET quirk for the Slim+ keyboard marketed
by AIREN.  This keyboard seems to have a lot of bugs; NOGET works
around only one of them.
