Revert commit cb045c4e01c9f42e67ad27c1084fddf9ced24de9.

The problem this patch intends to solve has alreadqy been fixed by
commit 2b766bdaf851 ("drivers/leds/ledtrig-timer.c: fix broken sysfs
delay handling").
