ipvs: fix sparse warnings in lblc and lblcr

kbuild test robot reports for sparse warnings in
commits 734cc71a8f2f48 ("ipvs: convert lblc scheduler to rcu")
and 265fb517659327 ("ipvs: convert lblcr scheduler to rcu").

Fix it by removing extra __rcu annotation.
