PCI: Remove MicroGate SyncLink device IDs

The drivers were removed in fe0f4d087cf6 (tty: Remove redundant synclink
driver) and bfa6d537b528 (tty: Remove redundant synclinkmp driver).

Remove the PCI device ID entries as well.
