lib/bitmap.c: change parameters of bitmap_fold to unsigned

lib/bitmap.c: change parameters of bitmap_fold to unsigned

Change the sz and nbits parameters of bitmap_fold to unsigned int for
consistency with other bitmap_* functions, and to save another few bytes
in the generated code.
