Merge tag 'at91-reset-sama7g5-signed' into psy-next

This adds reset controller support for SAMA7G5 SoCs. Compared with
previous version the reset controller embedded on SAMA7G5 is able to
reset individual on SoC devices (e.g. USB PHY controllers).
