ARM: zynq: Convert all boards to OF_SEPARATE

Build warning was added by:
"fdt: Add warning about CONFIG_OF_EMBED"
(sha1: 478620e1cc46835c5c5cd427a7e0fe698a40b86e)

Zynq mini configurations are not moved yet and it is questionable if
make sense to move them too.
