Revert "drm/radeon/cik: Don't touch int of pipes 1-7"

This reverts commit 100e48265d635bd82e75e4f9ea67fa6fd78db2bd. radeon
doesn't support amdkfd anymore, so the latter doesn't set up interrupts
for pipes 1-7.
