ALSA: hda - targa and targa-2ch fix

Simplify ALC882_TARGA and return gpio3 to ALC883_TARGA_DIG and
ALC883_TARGA_2ch_DIG, which I accidentally removed in commit id
a2ecf328bcc92cdf5042c19b3f7c8dd4446dbd34
