drm/amdgpu/display: DRM_AMD_DC_DCN3_02 depends on DRM_AMD_DC_DCN3_01

Fix this to avoid build problems if DRM_AMD_DC_DCN3_02 is defined, but
DRM_AMD_DC_DCN3_01 is not.
