ALSA: hda/realtek: Add another HP ZBook G9 model quirks

HP ZBook Firefly 16 G9 (103c:896d) and HP ZBook Power 15.6 G9
(103c:89c0) require the same quirk for enabling CS35L41 speaker amps.
