VP9 has been added to the uABI by commit 6b84f3a9b97c
("media: uapi: Add VP9 stateless decoder controls")
H264 has been added to the uABI by commit 3674467dba16
("media: uapi: move H264 stateless controls out of staging")

The last remaining codec to be added to the uABI is HEVC.
Highlight these changes in the TODO list.
