tools headers UAPI: Sync drm/i915_drm.h with the kernel sources

To pick up the changes in:

  a92418548dd826bc ("drm/i915: Update i915 uapi documentation")
  3b0e7966e3a8b324 ("drm/i915/uapi: add NEEDS_CPU_ACCESS hint")
  85b7c57abd1276d2 ("drm/i915/uapi: expose the avail tracking")
  4a464f5c8169626b ("drm/i915/uapi: add probed_cpu_visible_size")
  bc2aefa72a3e33ce ("uapi/drm/i915: Document memory residency and Flat-CCS capability of obj")

That don't add any new ioctl, so no changes in tooling.

This silences this perf build warning:
