Revert "MIPS: ralink: fix cpu clock of mt7621 and add dt clk devices"

Commit 970c0ab13ed6 ("MIPS: ralink: fix cpu clock of mt7621 and add dt
clk devices") includes a file that doesn't exist, causing build
failures... Revert it.
