um: Cleanup syscall_handler_t cast in syscalls_32.h

Like in 2876ef6f6af96f7b47ae446f1fba11dca79b5940
"um: Cleanup syscall_handler_t definition/cast, fix warning",
remove the cast to to fix the compiler warning.
