mwifiex: add PCIe8897 support

mwifiex: add PCIe8897 support

This patch adds PCIe8897 support to mwifiex.
In PCIe8897 PFU (pre-fetch unit) is enabled by default.
This patch adds support to accommodate this feaure as well.
