[SCSI] osd_protocol.h: Add missing #include

include/scsi/osd_protocol.h uses ALIGN() without an #include
<linux/kernel.h>, leading to:
| include/scsi/osd_protocol.h:362: error: implicit declaration of function 'ALIGN'
