ARM: imx_v6_v7_defconfig: Enable TOUCHSCREEN_ILI210X

The imx6q-logicpd board supports an LCD with an ili2117
touchscreen controller.

This patch enables the TOUCHSCREEN_ILI210X which will support
the ili2117.
