MIPS: Loongson64: Update loongson3_defconfig

Some configs in loongson3_defconfig is invalid or needless,
use the following steps to update it:

make loongson3_defconfig
make savedefconfig
cp defconfig arch/mips/configs/loongson3_defconfig
