configs: ls1012afrwy: enable sata configs for all ls1012afrwy defconfigs

Add CONFIG_AHCI CONFIG_SATA_CEVA CONFIG_DM_SCSI for some ls1012afrwy
and ls1012afrwy defconfigs that missing one of them or more.
Support sata for all ls1012afrwy defconfigs
